1. What is the cost of bwizzoo.com?
bwizzoo.com has 2 levels of membership currently. There is a free membership
in which you are limited to 15 entries maximum and must download a Google®
software pack. We are not affiliated with Google. You are in control of your 15
entries and can change them at any time. There is also an annual personal membership
with some added benefits and a higher monthly sms text messaging limit. In addition,
we are currently working on premium membership for commericial applications for more users.
No matter which you choose, your wireless plan may charge you for sending and receiving text messages.
We are in no way liable for or in control of any such charges. That is a user's responsibility.

2. Is the information I put into bwizzoo secure?
No it is not. While you still own and have control over the information you put into
your bwizzoo database, bwizzoo.com and also wireless transmissions are not secured in
any way whatsoever. That is an improvement we are exploring for future applications.
As such, it is recommended that you DO NOT use any information that you want kept
confidential. However, currently we do not plan on using member databases for any
purpose but reserve the right to.

3. How long does it take for my bwizzoo database to be accessable using my cell?
It usually takes between 24 to 48 hours for transfer of your original data or changes to
your database to appear at the bwizzoo SMS gateway. We make no time commitments and
may need to make adjusts to the service resulting in service disruption.
Please keep this in mind if you are dealing with time sensitive material.

4. With PDA and Internet capable devices why bother with just SMS?
PDA devices and wireless data streams are expensive. In addition, most of the world has mobile
phones capable of SMS text messages but not necessarily full Internet connectivity.
In addition, bwizzoo allows people to centralize important information.

5. I live outside the USA, can I use bwizzoo.com?
Not right now. We have plans to expand to England, and Australia. In addition,
we are looking to translate the page into Mandarin Chinese.
Currently, bwizzoo is in BETA testing supporting only the USA. You may submit
your email address and specific country information if you are outside of the USA.

6. What happens if I call the bwizzoo number?
Nothing...nobody picks up that phone.

7. Can other people message my databse for an answer?
Yes, if someone knows your username, and the specific inquiry you have typed in they
will get a reply. However, unless you share this information with someone it is
unlikely they will be able to guess it. You can purposefully give out the username
and inquiry(s) as you see fit.

8. How do I input my bwizzoo database?
Free memberships add each entry (up to 15) individually using our online form.
Paid memberships can either use the online form or upload an Excel spreadsheet
formatted correctly. Uploading an XLS file is less time consuming and is a
benefit of only paid membership. Detailed instructions are listed on the bwizzoo
database input pages.

10. I just got my authorization email. How do I use my bwizzoo service?
Please save the phone number from your email in your phone's address book under the name bwizzoo. Then send
a text message to bwizzoo written as "bwizzoo Username Inquiry" Please note the space in between bwizzoo,
the username, and the inquiry.
For example, if your username is EHK, you could SMS text message:
BWIZOO EHK OHIO
After a few moments, bwizzoo would respond with:
Capital, Columbus. State Flower, Carnation. Thank you for using bwizzoo.

11. When setting up my bwizzoo database, how long can my inquiries and responses be?
Inquiries can be virtually any character length but remember this is what you will be typing on your phone so you
should keep it to a minimum. Both memberships are limited by the number of characters in a response.
Free memberships are limited to 100 characters with the remainder being reserved for bwizzoo's message.
Paid memberships can have responses that are up to 120 characters in length. Once again, the remaining
response size is reserved for bwizzoo. In addtion, phones restrict the number of characters used in SMS
text messaging. These resrtictions vary by phone model.
*Responses are automatically cut off according
to the membership level and then our message is added on to the end.

12. Will bwizzoo sell my contact information or send me unwanted messages?
No. bwizzoo is a user friendly service. We will not sell, give away or do anything unsavory with your phone
numbers or database information. However, we do not guarantee the saftey of your database information from
external hacks so please do not use personal, confidential or inappropriate information. We won't send you text
messages unless our services changes drastically.
We won't sell your phone numbers to marketers. The only emails you will get from us
will pertain to your service (such as a authorization email). We will only turn over personably identifiable
information if compelled to by a law enforcement agency. For more information please see our

13. Why do I have to download the Google® software pack for my free membership?
In return for your free membership you have agreed to download the Google® software pack components. This helps
offset the cost of free membership. This software is downloaded directly from Google® and bwizzoo is in no
way responsible for its content. bwizzoo is not at all affiliated with Google®.
